Map data
When you open the map, the service retrieves map images from OpenStreetMap. It sends the app address with those requests. The app requests device location only when you select Use my location. The coordinates stay in page memory and are not sent to our server. Centering the map loads images for that visible area. OpenStreetMap, Apple Maps, and Google Maps links open separate services.
No account required
You can use KKTC Exchange without an account. The app has no payment form and requests no identity documents.
Data on your device
Your saved offices, reading-list links, and colour theme stay in your browser. A reading-list entry does not download the article. The app stores public rates and app files for offline use. Your converter amount is not sent to the server. Before an app update, the app saves current controls in this window’s session storage. It restores and removes that record after reload. Records older than ten minutes are ignored.
Network requests
When you load or refresh the app, the service receives normal connection information, including your IP address. It uses the address for short-lived request limits. The app adds no advertising tracker or analytics script.
Remove local data
Use your browser settings to clear website data for kktcexchange.com. Removing the installed icon alone may leave website data in the browser.
